On one of my morning wanderings around Idaho Falls I came across this barn at first light. I couldn't get any closer because of the prominent "No Trespassing" sign just out of the frame to the left!

I usually don't shoot much mid-day however I had my camera with me as I passed this little farm yard south of Idaho Falls and saw the rain storm approaching from the south. This reminded me once more of Jay Masiel's advise to always carry your camera. Jay would even have his with him when he ate out, placing it in the middle of the table, ready for use if he saw something interesting.

After shooting sunrise at Market Lake, heading home the light was exquisite as it spread across the fields near Roberts, Idaho. This once again reinforced my feeling that light is often more important than location in a good photo.
