This is the Shinarump Conglomerate, an Upper Triassic, fluvial, coarse-grained siliciclastic unit. The outcrop is part of a rimrock section near the top of a canyon wall in Arizona. The Shinarump consists of quartzose sandstones, pebbly sandstones, and lithic conglomerates.
