The 10 cents 1930s tractor trailer definitive postage stamp with a black precancel was issued by America on 25 May 1994 (= Scott Catalogue # 2458). It is part of the all-coils Transportation Series, which depicts historic modes of transportation and travel. This 1994 stamp is similar to Scott # 2457 of 1991, but Scott # 2458 has a "precancel" in black ink (= "Additional Presort Postage Paid") and the truck engraving has thick lines.
