I had the most amazing time yesterday and today participating in The Impossible Project Polawalk and Workshop @ A&A Photos. Such wonderful and creative people...fellow instant photo lovers/nerds. I got to play with photo emulsion and the Impossible lab (on a borrowed iPhone). I even had my 8x10 taken (in my scrubs no less). Their new 2.0 film is spectacular. You actually see the photos begin to develop in 10 seconds. It's official, I'm addicted. Definitely try to go when they come to your city. So worth it!

I take a ton of pride in shooting analog photos exclusively. I love film, the beauty of it and even the challenges (anyone else go on vacation, shoot 3 rolls of film in a camera whose battery is dead? =-/). These photos are from my Samsung phone, and I take a ton of pride in them too. You won't see much more digital work here, but I had the best summer of my life and these are pics that I am super proud of. So, I'm cheating...this time. =)

Shot w/ my old LC-A+ loaded w/ Lomography Color Negative 400 (35mm)

In the next few days I am going to post art that I created over the past 4-5 years that I did not think was "good enough." I need some inspiration and I decided to give them another chance. Turns out I love every shot that will soon be posted here! This is just a really selfish bit of reflection with the hope that I will end up creating new art that I will be super proud of! <3 I claim that 2018 is going to be a WONDERFUL year!!!
