And this lady too is one of my husband's ancestors. I think he is so lucky to have such beautiful old photos. Just look at that gorgeous dress!
I cut her out and made a nice page for her to sit on.
Thank you once again for looking and sharing your comments and thoughts with me. It's deeply appreciated.

This collage has been made to celebrate family. The lady in this pic was cut from an album of my husband's ancestors. Doesn't she look so proud and confident? I think she was a Great great aunt.
Thank you so much for looking.

Here in the UK, tomorrow is Mother's Day, or as it used to be known, Mothering Sunday.
It began when serving girls were given a whole Sunday off once a year to go home and visit their Mothers.
This picture is my dear Mother at 18. I lost her almost 4 years ago. I hope you can read the verse on this collage.
So I dedicate this to all mothers out there. If you're not a mother, you have one, or had one.
I expect like me, you don't need a special day to remember her.
God Bless. xx
My Mother was born on the first day of Spring, March 21st. 1916.
So tomorrow would have been her birthday.
Happy Birthday dear Mum! xx
My gorgeous Granddaughter's Birthday today.
Happy Birthday darling
Love today and always. xxxx
