Once upon a time in those far off days I received my Bronze, Silver and Gold medals for Ballroom and Latin American dance. How wonderful that back then I could not see that now I am in a wheelchair most of the time.......

I don't know about all the rest....but I'm certainly feeling a bit vintage today! Especially as England lost their first game last night...... I stayed awake until half times but then couldn't keep my eyes open any longer....!! xx
