At the top of the left bronze door of the West Portal is this panel depicting Henry the Fowler (Duke of Saxony and the King of East Francia) presenting the arm of Saint Vitus to Saint Wenceslas of Bohemia. At bottom centre is the Eagle of Moravia and Silesia.
