I've always really liked big cities. Before our recent trip to New York I started wondering what it is that makes them so appealing. Big cities have a mysterious way about them, especially a mega-city like New York. There is so much to see and do, there is seemingly something interesting and entertaining at the end of each block. At the start of a visit into the city there is a sense of mystery and uncertainty about what experiences you are about to encounter. In New York, the bright lights and skyscrapers that make up Times Square are a perfect representation of that big city feeling of excitement.
