Bree's career in the military has had her in our DC area community for the last 4 years. She was recently promoted and reassigned to a new unit based in upstate New York! We honored her contributions not only to our local TG community but also to our military's TG community with a farewell dinner, a photo timeline presentation of many of Bree & my times together, a couple of nice speeches, and also awarded her with a lovely plaque with the inscription:

"To Lt. Col. Bree Fram U.S. Air Force
In recognition of your steadfast dedication and leadership in support of the Trans Military Service Members & our DC Area Trans Community.
Aim high and keep up the good fight."

My 2nd day at SCC was just Fantastic! I attended a couple of seminars- one by the makers of Femskin products- whom I've followed for several years & from whom I've made several very satisfying purchases, then hit the vendor's room where I was entranced by this Raquel Welch "Finale" wig in "glazed chestnut" that I ended up purchasing from Juanette's First Impression Wig Salon. The ladies from Juanette's were so very helpful in picking styles that worked for me that I bought a second wig from them as well! I also purchased bracelets, necklaces and earrings that you'll see in pictures to come!

My ensemble for the day consists of a pink cotton/acrylic blend crop sleeved top (that my good friend Cindy purchased for me), my purple cotton spandex miniskirt from fredericks.com, and my newly acquired black basket weave open toe wedge sandals from the Rockport store at Perimeter Mall.

I have to say that I loved this new wig so much that I wore it for the entire rest of the time I was there at SCC!
