One of the last big companies on the upstream coast of the Zaan.
The strip of tarmac that runs through the picture is the so-called 'Ned Benedictway', called after WWII pilot Ned Benedict who survived a crash with his bomber in what once was a nearby meadow.

Just a couple of hundred meters downstream from the flour plant you'll see this cocoa plant. There are many cocoa-ists like this along the Zaan. There's money in this!
