The world's first pocket computer ever made - the Sharp PC1210, with only 896 bytes of RAM (less than 1kb!), produced in 1980. It was quickly replaced by the PC-1211, which had more memory. It was programmable in Basic.

These are quite hard to find these days - this one, which is in my collection, is in mint condition.
