Delivered new to British Caledonian Airways in Jul-80 as G-BHDI it was taken over (along with B.Cal) by British Airways in Apr-88 and served with them until Feb-99 when it was stored at Manchester, UK.
It was ferried to Venice in Jul-99 and re-registered N47831 before being converted to freight config in Nov-99. It was leased to Luxembourg based Cargo Lion in Feb-00 as LX-TLD and operated with them until Mar-01 when they ceased trading and it was stored at Luxembourg.
In Aug-01 it was leased to Ugandan airline DAS Air Cargo, initially as N402JR and re-registered 5X-JCR in Feb-04. It was returned to the lessor in Feb-06 and leased to Arrow Air in Sep-06 as N450ML.
It remained in service with Arrow Air until they too ceased operations in Jun-10. After 30 years in service it was initially parked at Miami (MIA) and then transferred to Opa-Locka, FL, USA in Aug-10. It was broken up there in Jan-13.
