First flown with the Airbus test registration F-WWCV, this aircraft was originally ordered by KLM Royal Dutch Airlines as PH-AGL but the order was cancelled before completion. It was sold to Emirates Airline as A6-EKB in Jul-87. The aircraft was traded in to Airbus for A330's in Nov-00 and immediately sold to Iran Air as EP-IBL. Now 30 years old it continues in service.
