Fleet No: "706". 'Skier' tail livery.
First flown with the Short Brothers & Harland test registration G-14-3620 (3620 is also the c/n), this aircraft was delivered to Murray Valley Airlines (Australia) as VH-MVX in Sep-83. Murray Valley Airlines was merged into Sunstate Airlines in Dec-86. The aircraft was sold to Southern Australia Airlines in Jul-92 and leased back to Sunstate Airlines. It was returned to Southern Australia in Dec-92 but was transferred back to Sunstate in Apr-93. It was sold to Pacific Coastal Airlines (Canada) as C-GPCF in May-00. It was withdrawn from service in 2012 and stored at Vancouver, BC, Canada. The aircraft was sold to Air Cargo Carriers (USA) as N564AC in Aug-15. Now 37.5 years old, it continues in service, still in basic Pacific Coastal livery including the fleet No: and the skier on the tail. Current, updated Mar-21.
The registration C-GPCF has been used three times more on Pacific Coastal's aircraft. Earlier on a Britten Norman BN.2 Islander between 1975/1980. Then on a Beech 99A between May-95/Nov-98 and later on a Saab SF.340B from Feb-18/current and being used on the WestJet Link.
