On this site was most recently a Urban Broadcasting Corporation (UBC) television studio that operated since 1993 in a structure that was earlier a branch of the Shirlington Trust Company. Present construction by the site's new owner, the Christopher Companies, will convert the site to an apartment complex to be called "Dominion Heights." The site plan is available
here.
