The center of Vitoria- Plaza de la Virgen Blanca which is where the old town (Casco Viejo) and the newer Vitoria meet. Casco Viejo starts on the left and almost all the signs are written in Euskera, rather than half which is what it's like in the newer city

I don't know why but I thought it was funny, this traffic accident. No one was hurt, but almost every vehicle was red. There has to be an explanation for this phenomenon.

This is the neo-gothic church in Vitoria- it was started in 1907 and at this time was not quite finished, but inside you wouldn't know it. A local told me that not many people actually use this church and the diocese is taking a bath on it. But that was in 1994 and things may have changed.
