Due to operator error I ended up using my fisheye lens. The edges of the images had a strange vignette so I added a frame to cover it. I love the blue screens of electronic devices in the pink light of the fireworks!

We arrived in the park at about 9 PM. The place was thick with people with thousands more pouring in around us. We claimed a spot on the edge of a path on the Lake Union side of the hill not too far from the top. That was one of the errors of the night. Had we managed to snag a spot in the grass rather than the path my tripod would not have been jostled so much. But it appeared every inch of grass on the Lake Union side was covered with blankets and people with their chairs and picnic baskets and screaming children.
