Druid's Stone, a gritstone tor on the south-eastern corner of Kinder Scout.
And yes that is snow and yes it was bitterly cold with a strong northerly wind blowing.

A four photo panorama taken near Edale Moor Trig point. The area surrounding the trig point has been repaired to reduce further erosion (by Moors for the Future?).
Moors for the Future have done some sterling work maintaining paths on Kinder Scout but the traditionalist and purist will be relieved to know there are still many deep bogs the clumsy walker can stumble into...there are some especially deep ones between Madwoman's Stones and this trig point, for example... :-(
