LAKE VIEW TERRACE - The Los Angeles Fire Department responded by ground and air, joined by firefighters from the Los Angeles County Fire Department and Angeles National Forest, in swiftly managing a wildfire near the three agencies' border at 12031 Lopez Canyon Road. The May 14, 2022 blaze was held to 8.29 acres, and no homes were damaged. One civilian near the fire's perimeter became suddenly ill, and was taken to an area hospital. No other injuries were reported. The fire's cause remains under investigation.
