I shot this a couple of months back on Brighton beach just before the sun set. The beach was flooded with that lovely diffused light you get just before the sun dips under the horizon. I was shooting towards the setting sun when this mother and her two children ran through the frame. The mother was pointing and giving instructions to the kids but they were on their way, oblivious to everything except the fun of the beach. It did make me smile.
