Candid street photography from Barnsley, England. On assignment in Barnsley it became clear why street photography is best performed in a big city. The only person walking around with a camera, I was the subject of a lot of suspicion and even had one local say, "you have a camera in your hand, you pervert!" while I simply walked down the street. The weather was dismal, the town was grim and almost deserted and I didn't see a single person smiling. I love a challenge though!
