I can't remember if we left the clothes on the bed as an attempt at set decoration, or because I was too lazy to move 'em somewhere else.
Fortunately, the room's decor, from the linen to the walls, was so awful, I barely even notice the clothes.
I'm still astounded, to this day, that these photos worked out. it's almost like they made up the room to prevent good photography, the whole place was offensive to anyone with eyes, and yet I'm pretty sure, over a decade later, that hotel/hostel is still there, smack dab in the least interesting part of Hollywood, calling out to unsuspecting travelers, too close to a freeway, waiting to underwhelm!
