I had been waiting to take this image for two or three years, but had never been in the area at the right time. Either the light was bad, no clouds, no sun, fog etc. You name it I'd been through it while waiting to make this image. On this day the storm was just breaking and the sun lit the scene for a few moments. Enough time for me to capture a few images. I think it was worth the wait.
