As in... edible cake pops. Even the base is edible (but not the green stick). I made these for Henry's "Mario" birthday party last year, and they were intense - there was quite the learning curve that occurred over three different weekends of efforts. But I am nothing if not stubborn, and these adorable guys are a far cry from the gloppy, pink, laughable first attempts.
