NTV-9 of 15 October 1988 with the 4002 and 3612 sandwiching a leased F45, rolling through BD in Binghamton NY and eventually proceeding west to Buffalo. First in a miniseries showcasing the NYS&W during the short life and fast times of its operation of the orphaned Delaware & Hudson.
