Through my late teens I dated her.. she would often wear this kind of outfit and I was so attracted to that and her...I had already started to dress but wearing Julie's LBD sparked a whole new feeling in me which still gives me a buzz even today.. in the end we split probably because I wanted more to be her than be with her.. this is my tribute to her look. I couldn't resist touching her tights mainly because I wanted to be in them.
