Sorry for the quality of this snap. This casual restaurant was under a palapa and well-shaded. A quick, sharp snap was beyond the range of this photographer. But, I hope it gives you an idea of the range of delicious "tipicos" that appear on a sampler plate of Yucatecan delicacies. Among them, poc chuc, salbutes, pickled onions, papadzules (center), etc., etc.
