A racing get-together for rowing teams and clubs from northern California. Here, a team of women from the East Bay Rowing Club in a boat for eight plus a coxswain. I had a fun day out watching some beautiful boating and athletic prowess. Held on part of the Petaluma River, north of San Francisco in Sonoma County. The sport embraces adults (Masters), as well as high school and college age youth. Some participants are grandparents, I'm told. Truly a sport for anyone who feels vigorous enough!
