My image of the local courthouse appears on the Appling County, Georgia/USA, region's slender newly-published Yellow Pages book. After asking for it, I received a tiny credit line in the extreme upper left, but at least it's on the SAME PAGE--which is nice.
It's fun to have one's Creative Commons-licensed pictures discovered on Flickr and get more exposure!

A photo I took last year was published in this directory, produced by the wonderful local outfit Appalachian Sustainable Agriculture Program (ASAP). That's it on the right, the frizzy-rooted bulbs. They were grown by Paul & Anna Littman of Ivy Creek Family Farm.
As you can see by the book's title, ASAP's intent is to make it easier for growers and commercial buyers (restaurants and food operations) to find each other and mutually benefit.
I'm pleased! See original Flickr locale here.

With George walking. . . . sadly, he didn't get to enjoying seeing this publication of his image.

I'm happy to report that (being licensed by me to Creative Commons) this photo was picked up by the nonprofit Transportation Research Board, a division of the National Academy of Sciences (Wash., DC), for publication in their journal, TR News--Sept/Oct 2015 edition.
To me, this is one of the occasional delights of licensing one's pictures thru Creative Commons--seeing them usefully published elsewhere.

Image by yours truly, published back in autumn 2013 by a transportation (professional) magazine, illustrating an article about the Reed Creek greenway, of which I happened to be a fan. Original photo already posted here; adding a page shot. Name credit upper right. Sorry the focus quality is poor.
That's my husband, George, walking at far right.
