Location: Room 812 at the Double Tree by Hilton at the Oosterdokseiland in Amsterdam.
Reason: The second edition of the Amsterdam Hotelnacht (
Amsterdam Hotel Night) which allows residents from Amsterdam to sleep in hotel of their choice in their own city. Stewart has chosen the Double Tree by Hilton. Good hotel, rooms with a view and the Sky Lounge at the 11th floor (roof).
Double Tree by Hilton: This hotel opened in 2011 and has 553 rooms. DoubleTree is an American hotel chain. It is part of Hilton Worldwide. Most DoubleTree hotels are independently owned and operated by franchisees, but some are owned and/or managed by Hilton Worldwide. In total there are more than 325 Double Tree by Hilton locations worldwide, the chain was founded in 1969 in Scottsdale, Arizona.
