CAZ_35 [50 points]
The last space invader made in 2007 during the first wave of this space invader series is the start of the road trip. The only one located in the département Bouches-du-Rhône, all others are in the Var (83) and Alpes-Maritime (06). Another thing is that this one is the municipal area of La Ciotat, a town which has its own invasion waves. This one is deleted somewhere in 2014 and 2015 and re-activated in 2017.

INVASION OF THE CÔTE D’AZUR
In the year 2007 Invader has invaded the entire coast of the French Rivièra. Instead of only one city he made a project of an entire region; Côte d’Azur. Spread out from La Ciotat to the Menton near the border of Italy.
The first wave consisted of 35 space invaders spread out over 24 cities with a total score of 990 points. In 2016 Invader put one invader up in Cavalaire-sur-Mer (CAZ_36) and in 2017 wave number 3 consisted another single one (CAZ_37).
Lots of them have been deleted throughout the years but there are already are about 9 space invaders re-activated.

CAZ_10 [10 points]
Not that many beaches in the world have been 'invaded' by Invader. One of the 48 beaches of Antibes has been invaded. This one is the result of a re-activation as the original of 2007 had been deleted. Had to wait half an hour for direct sunlight which was no problem, waiting at the waterfront was not a problem. Parking was a huge problem here. "WELL PLAYED" is the message of FlashInvaders when you find this one.

CAZ_19 [20 points]
This yellow and black invader is located in a climbing narrow winding street in a residential area of Villefranche-sur-Mer. Not easy to find but a pleasure when you find this one in the afternoon with full sunlight. FlashInvaders says "CONGRATULATION! when flashing this one.

CAZ_20 [10 points]
A blue and yellow space invader on the Easternmost point of my roadtrip this year (Monaco is excluded, I went there by train). This one has been re-activated in August 2016. The location is a narrow road on the peninsula Cap Ferrat along walls, hedges and fences to protect the big huge houses, villas and mansions. Cap Ferrat was named in 2012 as the second most expensive residential location in the world after Monaco.

This yellow and black invader is located in a climbing narrow winding street in a residential area of Villefranche-sur-Mer. Not easy to find but a pleasure when you find this one in the afternoon with full sunlight. FlashInvaders says "CONGRATULATION! when flashing this one. Re-invaded in the year 2016. According to Google Streetview this was still there in 2010 (3 years after invasion).
The woman in the car is pointing to the driver what I was taking pictures of.
