Archimedesweg 01/11/2021 10h43
A photo especially taken and uploaded for the Wednesday Walls Group.
An autumnal wall in Amsterdam East (Archimedesweg / Molukkenstraat). The neighbourhood is Watergraafsmeer.

Watergraafsmeer
The Watergraafsmeer is a polder in the Netherlands. It was reclaimed in 1629. In the 17th and 18th centuries, there were many buitenplaatsen in the Watergraafsmeer, though nowadays only one, Frankendael, remains.
Since 1921, the Watergraafsmeer is part of the city of Amsterdam and its rural character has all but disappeared. It is located in the borough of Amsterdam-Oost. The most important streets in the Watergraafsmeer are the Middenweg and the Kruislaan.

Rue de l'Aqueduc 12/11/2021 09h04
Do not even think of sticking something on this wall here! Rue de l'Aqueduc in the extension of the Rue du Château Landon;

A photo especially taken and uploaded for the Wednesday Walls Group.

Rue de l'Aqueduc
Rue de l'Aqueduc is a 800 meters long street in the 10ème arrondissement in Paris in the quartier Saint-Vincent-de-Paul. The street starts at Rue La Fayette and ends at boulevard de la Villette. The Rue de l'Aqueduc crosses the tracks of the station Paris Gare de l'Est by a metal viaduct, the Viaduc de Rue de l'Aqueduc.
The street takes its name from the fact that it is located above the water belt aqueduct of the Ourcq canal.
On housenumber 3: a fake facade hides a RATP vent; only the first floor is a trompe l'oeil, the rest of the building is occupied.
