Reason: My 15th year of this project 52-Weeks has started. When I started in participating this selfie project in 2009 my idea was to do this only one year for fun. Now it is part of my weekly routine and I still love it. Perhaps this 1st photo is a new tradition. Surrounded by all kinds of things which remembers me of the year 2022.

Reason: I had to visit this exposition in the town hall of Paris. Not only to capture and flash the two space invaders installed in the townhall (PA_1474 and PA_1475) but also the huge map of all first 1475 space invaders of Paris. The first 1475 space invaders are worth 40,000 points.

Reason: On 06/01/2023 Invader published on Instagram (Invaderwashere) the first invasion of the year 2023 / 5783; PA_1482. The location was found easily with the information "Val-de-Marne" and "Villeneuve-Saint-Georges" with clearly visible the overpass over the railway tracks as well as the N6. It was the ride by RER D to Villeneuve Triage and the walk over the passerelle more than worth.

A Winter day in Phantasialand...from FLY to Taron...

Reason: We went a day to Phantasialand in Brühl to experience the winter (and Christmas) atmosphere and did some good rides like Taron in the background.
Phantasialand: Phantasialand is a theme park in Brühl, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany that attracts approximately 2 million visitors annually. The park was opened in 1967 by Gottlieb Löffelhardt and Richard Schmidt. Although starting as a family-oriented park, Phantasialand has also added thrill rides, especially during recent years.

Taron: Taron is a multilaunch steel roller coaster manufactured by Intamin located at Phantasialand in Germany. It is the fastest and longest multi-launched roller coaster in the world. Taron opened on 30 June 2016.

Reason: A lovely morning walk in the area of Bourg-Saint-Maurice before returning to Amsterdam.
Neuf Cent: This was my 900th découcher ('overnight service') in France. This is including -apart from Bourg-Saint-Maurice (27)- also in Paris (845) and Marseille (28). Excluding the 28 overnights in Brussels.
Bourg-Saint-Maurice: Bourg-Saint-Maurice, popularly known as Bourg, is a commune in the Savoie department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in south-eastern France. It is the last large town along the Tarentaise valley in the heart of the French Alps.Bourg-Saint-Maurice is part of the Paradiski ski area (425 km of slopes, 141 lifts, 239 slopes - 12 Green, 132 Blue, 66 Red, 29 Black). Although there is no skiing at this altitude, it is conveniently linked to Arc 1600 by the Arc en Ciel funicular railway and is therefore home to many budget rental properties. Unlike the villages that make up Les Arcs, Bourg-Saint-Maurice is open all year.
