On the parking of Pointe de l'Observatoire I found this well maintained Peugeot 404 Cabriolet from which 10 387 has built from 1962 till 1968 (top year was 1965).
Peugeot 404 (Cabriolet)
The Peugeot 404 is a large family car produced by French automobile manufacturer Peugeot from 1960 to 1975. A truck body style variant was marketed until 1988. The 404 was manufactured under licence in various African countries until 1991 (in Kenya) and was manufactured in Argentina by Safrar/Sevel in El Palomar, in Québec, Canada at the St-Bruno-de-Montarville SOMA Ltd. plant and in Chile by Automotores Franco Chilena S.A. in Los Andes.
Styled by Pininfarina, the 404 was offered initially as a saloon, estate, and pickup. A convertible was added in 1962, and a coupé in 1963. The 404 was fitted with a 1.6 litre petrol engine, with either a Solex carburetor or Kugelfischer mechanical fuel injection or a 1.9 litre diesel engine available as options. Introduced at the Paris Motor Show as an option was the inclusion of a 3-speed ZF automatic transmission, similar to the unit already offered on certain BMW models, as an alternative to the standard column-mounted manual unit.
Popular as a taxicab, the 404 enjoyed a reputation for durability and value. Peugeot's French production run of 1,847,568 404s ended in 1975. A total of 2,885,374 units had been produced worldwide at the end of production.
The Peugeot 404 cabriolet/convertible made its first appearance at the Paris Motor Show in October 1961.

CAZ_04 [20 points]
This is the first space invader of the Côte d'Azur invasion I found and flashed. Could have been number 2 as CAZ_ 07 in Mougins has been deleted (the whole entire building it was installed on!).
Located near de Boulevard de la Croisette and one of the most popular space invaders of the Côte d'Azur on Flickr. "YES, REACH AND FLASH" is the message on the application FlashInvaders.
All my photos of CAZ_04:

Year of invasion: 2007
INVASION OF THE CÔTE D’AZUR
In the year 2007 Invader has invaded the entire coast of the French Rivièra. Instead of only one city he made a project of an entire region; Côte d’Azur. Spread out from La Ciotat to the Menton near the border of Italy.
The first wave consisted of 35 space invaders spread out over 24 cities with a total score of 990 points. In 2016 Invader put one invader up in Cavalaire-sur-Mer (CAZ_36) and in 2017 wave number 3 consisted another single one (CAZ_37).
Lots of them have been deleted throughout the years but there are already are about 9 space invaders re-activated.

While enjoying the view over the city of Grasse a Peugeot 304 Cabriolet passed this viewpoint.
Peugeot 304 (Cabriolet)
The Peugeot 304 is a small family car which was produced by the French manufacturer Peugeot from 1969 to 1980.
The 304 was introduced to the public at the Paris Motor Show in September 1969. Production of the saloon/sedan on the Sochaux assembly lines was discontinued during the summer of 1979, while the "Break" (estate) was produced until the spring of 1980.
The car was sold until 1980 and was replaced by the Peugeot 305, which had been launched in 1977.
The Peugeot 304 was also offered as a 2-door cabriolet which had only 2 seats, unlike the coupe. Between March 1970 and July 1975 18,657 units of this cabriolet were produced.

A 1966 Ford Mustang Convertible of the first generation parked in front of the Rotterdam townhall. Probably in use as a wedding vehicle. This Mustang was imported in the year 2007.
Ford Mustang
The Ford Mustang is an American automobile manufactured by the Ford Motor Company. It was initially based on the platform of the second generation North American Ford Falcon, a compact car. A milestone of the Ford Mustang that is rarely discussed is the development of the 1963 Mustang II. This body style was used by Ford as a pretest to how the public would take interest in the first production Mustang which was released as the 1964 1/2. With a slight variation on the frontend and a top that was 2.7 inches shorter the 1963 Mustang II would lay the foundation for the next generation which followed in only six short months. Introduced early on April 17, 1964, and thus dubbed as a "1964½" model by Mustang fans, the 1965 Mustang was the automaker's most successful launch since the Model A. The Mustang has undergone several transformations to its current sixth generation.
The Mustang created the "pony car" class of American automobiles—sports-car like coupes with long hoods and short rear decks—and gave rise to competitors such as the Chevrolet Camaro, and Pontiac Firebird, AMC Javelin, as well as Chrysler's revamped Plymouth Barracuda and the first generation Dodge Challenger. The Mustang is also credited for inspiring the designs of coupés such as the Toyota Celica and Ford Capri, which were imported to the United States.
