Architect Melinda Grey designed the Guerra House in 1991. The house was recently listed for lease and was described as "a subtle mixture of wood, terrazzo, stainless steel and glass. Soaring, barrel-vaulted ceilings and continuous windows keep the interiors flooded with natural light. The spacious master suite includes a sitting area, large walk-in closet and ocean views from the private deck.

There are two additional bedrooms and three bathrooms on the upper levels, The formal dining room, living room, family room and kitchen border a private circular courtyard which provides easy access to the exterior. When entering the the gated grounds, the flagstone driveway leads to the lush yard. An equally pleasant, architectural guesthouse with loft, above a two-car garage is included. Every attention to detail has been paid in this exceptionally well-crafted home, within immediate proximity to the beach and the commercial areas"
