Nick came in to my life as help with cleaning rooms at the Amigo Motel. She not only crushes hotel rooms, but also is a farmer. Waking up at 4:30 to milk cows almost every day and supply folks in the Arkansas River Valley with unpasteurized milk and seasonal foods that she and her partner grow. She only comes in to help us these days when we really need it...and it's always good to see her pull in to our parking lot.
