Sony a7rIII and an adapted Nikon 500mm f/4 P ai-s lens @ f/4.
Camera piggybacked on a Celestron Edge HD 800 on an aligned CGEM mount. No autoguiding used.
I collected this data on May 8th, 2020. Since then I've gotten an autoguider, I was hoping to try this object again but clouds and weather have prevented that so I had some fun with this data. I'd ideally like to get 3 hours or more of time but I am pretty happy with the detail I was able to get in this time frame. I'm still pretty new to processing astrophotography images. I know there is something off about the color here, and I think it's the chromatic aberration fringing on some of the stars. BUT, I had to stop processing this for now. Looking forward to clear skies so I can try again! I also want to note that this was imaged during an almost full Moon.
