We got off the interstate to check out the Mojave National Preserve. We didn't get to see much as we had to drive so far in a couple days. We spent about 2 hours driving around and jumping out of the car for photos in the preserve.

Before Cyclone Pam in 2015, the WWII Museum was more or less a cobbled togther shack. After the damaging storm all the artifacts were gathered back and a new building was made for the collections.
