Happy 4th of July and Happy Birthday America!
I guess. We'll see. As a country, we have had a very long history of doing bad things to people and slowly, surely, steadily we have gotten much worse. Our behavior towards immigrants and their families, towards refugees, toward Puerto Ricans, people from Yemen and Palestinians, Islamists, the entire LGBTQIA community, brown and black people, Native Americans, women, the poor - all of those and more and in no particular order. Our actions can simply be described as crimes against humanity. Basically if you are not white or Christian (preferably both) we, as a country, are going to vomit hate all over you. We are all complicit, we are all guilty, we are all Americans and we should all be ashamed.
