Our favorite Pho restaurant has a ginger sauce only available by request. I like it so much I decided to make some myself. After some research, I found a
Japanese ginger sauce recipe that was close to what I had. It's good with steak, chicken, seafood, vegetables, or rice. The sauce looks light in the photo because I forgot to add soy sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Ginger Paste
- ½-3/4 cup Diced Onion depending on how much you like
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 3 tablespoons White Vinegar
- 2 couple red peppers (optional)
Instructions
- Chop onion into small pieces.
- Peel and mince ginger root if not already done so.
- In a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth.
