...Not really, it just feels that way at the top of Marshall Pass, elevation 10,842 ft. on the Continental Divide. What a wonderful day, crossed the divide three times driving old railroad grades through some amazing aspen groves.
After three days 'off the grid", I arrived in Aspen this afternoon, the first opportunity to "connect"...will post much more from this amazing trip.

Strolling around Rio Grande Park during Aspen Film Fest. Aspen Mountain and the ski runs are in the background. A lovely afternoon, but skiing is not far away. As you'll see in some later pics, it was snowing like crazy just an hour later and 15 miles east on Independence Pass.
