These things are extremely rare in the UK - so rare, in fact, that this is the first one I've ever seen (here). Common as muck in their native Spain, but they don't seem to like crossing borders, although they found a moderate amount of success in Eire.
This one's on an Irisbus chassis (presumably some derivative of the Eurorider), but they're also built on MAN running gear.
I've got a hunch that Farebus coaches were imported here in RHD form at one stage, but I've never clapped eyes on one.
