The USNS' cargo/supply vessel seen leaving Portsmouth after performing tests at the new jetties, built for the new aircraft carriers (arriving this year and next. Maybe).

Why use a US ship? Simple - we don't have anything big enough anymore. Don;t think it was chartered specially as she only arrived on Friday.
