The memorial to all those murdered at the Buchenwald Concentration Camp, Germany by the Nazi regime. Two figures try to offer support to a fellow sufferer but their despairing expressions and clenched fists show the struggle to survive. Over 55,000 are reported to have given up that struggle, roughly 25% of the inmates of this supposed labour camp - "Jedem Das Seine".
