This panorama was created from 6 photos, each with the same exposure:
ISO 140, ƒ⁄ 14, 1 ⁄ 125 sec.

The six original exposures were stitched together in Photoshop, with a bit of content-aware fill to fill in the corners. The original is 19536 x 5467 pixels in size. This is just over 100 million pixels.

Software: Lightroom 4.1 + Photoshop CS5

Instructions:
First, apply lens profile corrections and perform exposure/color adjustments in Lightroom.
Select all constituent photos in Lightroom.
Choose Photo → Edit In → Merge To Panorama In Photoshop
Choose Automatic
