This was one of the highlights of my Hawaii trip. Sunset above the clouds at 14,000 feet on Mauna Kea. We had to stop at 9,000 feet to acclimatise to the atmosphere and dress for the cold and it was cold!! The star gazing afterwards was absolutley amazing no wonder so many observatories are up there!
