After storms is the best time as is winter, but sometimes you can find life's pleasure in any season including summer. It you stroll under the pier you can find more beauty. There are mollusks, clams, and starfish living on the posts so wear you shorts, bikini or any swimsuit and go wandering. Seek and ye shall find.
