Dance Woman Dance, Guys too, The best party I know of every year is in Grass Valley, California where dancing is non-stop to every kind of world beat, Samba, Reggea, Hip-Hop, Tango, free form, Latin, African and good ol rock and roll too. The best part is that the audience doensn't just listen they get involved with moving their bodies to the beat and wearing fun party clothes that suit the 90 degree plus tempatures. This women have got the groove on. Hey I was dancing too. I will save that silly and fun pic for later. So put some music on and move those legs and tushes, bellydance, twist, clap and feel the rhythm and boogie thur your week.

Dancing with passion and a smile at San Diego's Whole Life Festival was a blast. Women, men, young and old were all moving their hips, legs and feet to the rhythm and beat of the Brazilian drum team. Dancing on the grass with free hearts where all types and colors, red, brown, white, black and every shade in between were shaking down the house at a healthy and soulfull spring feast. Sort of a pagan, vegaterian, hug fest designed to bring out your inner goddess or inner child depending on your needs. Music for the soul and rumba and salsa for the body. Doing the twist is good for you. These hula hoop ladies, young adults,teens and kids, had a great time moving to the groove at the wholeness and health festival in San DIego. Im lucky if I can get this thing to go around even three times but ther was a day long ago before I ever had to shave when I got up to 100 . Like I said long ago. Im glad to see kids and adults still have fun with this one of the best things ever done with a cirlce besides the wheel and the frisbee.
