This morning, I awoke to a message from one of my friends that profoundly touched me. Among other things, this woman who I admire greatly for her beauty in mind, spirit, and body helped me to realize that I’m traveling the right path, even though I feel lost.
And that’s what true friends do, isn’t it? To provide each other with love and support, particularly through the difficult times: to lend an ear to listen, a shoulder to cry on, a word to comfort, a laugh to celebrate. And this morning's kind words provided the spark I needed to make my Monday a joyous one.
To all of you who provide me with such love and joy, support and comfort: thank you. I am truly fortunate. I hope that I return the love in equal parts.
Remember to stay true to yourselves, and I’ll do the same.
