The Macro Mondays theme for 4/22 is “I made this”. This was a doodle that morphed into something abstract. Was texting with a FB/Flickr friend and I said it was probably 54 years old but, recalculating, it is more probably 58 years old…… The paper has reached the sepia color and there are creases and rips- let’s face it this has moved more than a dozen times and I’m amazed that I still have it…….

For the theme I think I’ll find a 3x3 inch portion to photograph as one of my possibilities.

Testing shooting with artificial light. Think I need to try this again tomorrow with natural light. I am remembering anew that It’s not easy shooting through glass!….. so far I’ve shot almost two dozen pictures. This will be challenging.

The #MacroMondays theme for 4/22 is “I made this”. Have taken glass classes- fused, blowing and stained glass. Haven’t always kept the pieces but this slump bowl i did. You create a fused glass shape, then it’s fired again as it rests on a special form and it “slumps”. I think I have at least a dozen shots of different parts of this.
